Q. I see a login page. How do I register for an account?
Many shuttle programs provide a unique access code you can use to log in, rather than requiring you to create an account. Please contact your shuttle program administrator (this could be your employer, property manager, or campus transportation office) to request the code.
Certain programs may also have a dedicated registration page where you can sign up using your school or company email address. If you’re not sure which applies to you, your shuttle program administrator can point you in the right direction.
Q. I registered for BusWhere but can’t log in. What should I do?
First, make sure you’re using the exact email address and password you registered with. If your program uses an access code, confirm you have entered the correct code. If you’re still unable to log in, use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page in the app to reset your password.
Q. I click the registration link in the invitation email but nothing happens. Maybe the link expired? Can you send me a new link?
Please send an email to the transportation contact listed in your invitation email requesting a new link to be sent. Be sure to note the school name and bus number you are trying to track for your child.
Q. I’m logged in but I see a message saying there are no active routes. What does that mean?
Some accounts only display routes during active operating hours. If you log in outside those times, you may see “no active routes” until the service is running again. Check the app during your shuttle’s operating hours to view the route.
Q. I can’t see the shuttle on the map. When will it arrive at my stop?
First, confirm that the route is active by checking for the color indicator next to the route name (green means active, yellow means inactive). If the route is active and you still can’t see the shuttle or ETAs, take a screenshot and email it to support@buswhere.com.
Q. Can I get notified if the shuttle is late?
Your shuttle program administrator can send messages or post notes in the app regarding schedule changes, delays, or cancellations. Keep an eye on in-app notifications for the latest updates.
